The surfacing metal is 1Cr13 semi ferrite high chromium steel. The surfacing layer has the characteristics of air quenching, generally does not need to undergo heat treatment, uniform hardness, can also be annealed at 750-800℃, when heated to 900-1000℃ air cooling or oil quenching, can be re-hardened. D507Mo valve surfacing electrode in accordance with GB EDCR-A2-15 Description: D507Mo is a 1Cr13 valve surfacing electrode with low sodium hydrogen coating. The surfacing metal is 1Cr13 semi ferrite high chromium steel. The surfacing layer has the characteristics of air quenching, and the surfacing metal has high hardness at medium temperature, good thermal stability and erosion resistance. If used in conjunction with D577 electrode, good abrasion resistance can be obtained. Surfacing technology is simple, no preheating before welding, no heat treatment after welding, using DC reverse welding. Purpose: For surfacing welding operating temperature below 510℃
